De la Communication politique

Netters,

Le 17/02/2014 à 12h22, j'écrivais ceci sur le forum DHR: 
"Dans un parti politique, quelles sont les informations confidentielles réservées au comité exécutif? Au bureau politique? Au congrès du parti? Celles qu'on peut rendre publique et dans quels mots?

Ceux qui aspirent à de hautes responsabilités politiques devraient faire appel à d'experts en communication qui doivent distiller leurs messages qui doivent être assez bref".

À ce moment là, je prodiguais un conseil gratuit à l'un de nos éminents politiciens qui venait de faire un déballage à la radio.

Apparemment, en ce qui concerne l'opposition rwandaise, nos politiciens semblent toujours avoir du mal à distinguer ce qui relève du secret professionnel des informations qu'ils peuvent divulguer. Même en cas de mésentente ou même de séparation d'avec des anciens collègues, il y a un minimum à sauvegarder secret pour un homme d'Etat digne de ce nom.

Avec la crise qu'ont traversée les FDU-INKINGI, nous assistons à déballage sur déballage dans la presse et on peut légitimement s'interroger sur le mobile de ces révélations.

L'un des internautes , Innocent Biruka, vient de rappeler sur facebook en s'adressant à un concerné: " il est rare et stupide d'étaler sur la place publique le débat et les convulsions internes d'une organisation politique exilée comme la vôtre".

Je partage totalement cette inquiétude et j'appelle les politiciens de l'opposition à revisiter leurs stratégies et déontologie en matière de communication et à sanctionner les récalcitrants.
