Passer à l'Anglais comme langue de l'éducation et administrative, donc comme langue officielle principale, a été une très grande décision positive  pour le pays.
Cependant ce aurait été encore mieux, si l'on continuait à encourager aussi l'apprentissage du Français.
C'est une langue internationale parlé couramment par bcp de peuples et de pays et pas les moindres.

Ibi biriyongera ku byo Mushikiwabo amaze iminsi   atangaza ko Ambassaderi w'u Bufaransa mu Rwanda atazemerwa ngo atangire imilimo ye mu gihe  France ntacyo ikora ngo umubano w'u Rwanda n'ubu Bufaransa utere imbere kandi France ikemera ko yakoze genocide mu Rwanda.
 
Sinzi rero niba gukuraho igifaransa aribwo buryo Mushikiwabyo  yabonye bwo guteza imbere uwo mubano. Sinzi niba iki kemezo kitazagira ingaruka mu manza ziteganijwe  mu Bufaransa  zatanzwe na za ONGs zikorana na  Kagame zirega  abategetsi b'Abafaransa ko bakoze genocide mu Rwanda.
 
Mushikwabo niyibuke ko kugira Amabassade mu gihugu runaka ataribyo byerekana umubano mwiza hagati y'ibihugu byombi. Hari ibihugu byinshi bifitanye za Ambassades ariko bitumvikana cyangwa se bifite ibindi bibazo hagati yabyo. Urugero ni u Burundi n'u Rwanda.

Ambassade ntabwo ari ugukorera ubutegetsi rw'iguhugu irimo. Ni ugutsura mu umubano, ukureba inyungu z'igihugu cyayo muri icyo gihugu no  gufasha abaturage bayo baba muri icyo gihugu ndetse no gufasha abenegihugu yasanze. 

Ibi byose ni chantage ikorerwa ku Bufaransa.
