-Niba kandi Kagame koko ashaka kugira u Rwanda centre ya business na za conferences akoresheje Rwanda Air na Convention Centre na tourisme, ni ngombwa ko u Rwanda rukorana n'ibihugu Anglophones na Francophones. Muri Ouest Africa hari ubukungu ndetse hari n'ibihugu bitera imbere ku buryo bwihutse cyane  nka  Cote d'Ivoire, Senegal na Nigeria.

Mr Semakweli, il me semble que cela a déjà été clarifié sur ces fora, Zac Biampa = Colonel Emmanuel Neretse. Le colonel publie dans Échos d'Afrique et signe Zac sur DHR. Si je me trompe, on me corrigera, mais je me souviens d'avoir lu ça. Son analyse est correcte sur un point: la diplomatie RW est inconfortable dans la région. Alors elle cherche le confort ailleurs. Mais si on n'est pas confortable avec ses voisins et frères de sang, comment le sera-t-on davantage avec des étrangers. Tel est l'énigme des voyages incessants de Kagame à l'étranger.
