Yes, but it would have been more interesting and glorious if Sir was doing these movies after fully respecting the fundamental Law written by T. Rutaremarea and others in 2003. 
We are sure American people and the world would be saying: this is a great democrat and man of word  who has taken hero Mandela as an example, which does not hold today, alas!

In Chicago, USA, Kagame just launched a move in which he is the lone star explaining how he has made Rwanda great.

Movie 2

Kagame wants to finish the job he started a month ago when he massacred a dozen Congolese refugees. His military is occupying Kiziba refugee camp.
