Le monde tombe en difficulte lorsqu'on lui donne a travers des choix inappropries, des dirigeants indignes, charlatans ou cons. 

Pour le poste de professeur, de mecanicien-pilote, de medecin-pharmacien, etc., par exemple, on designe a travers un vote purement sentimental, sa soeur, son frere, son concubin, son volage allie. Et puis comble de ridicule, on crie a tue- tete en s'etonnant que l'ecole sorte des idiots, que les avions tombent, que les malades a l'hopital n'aient aucune chance de survie, que le monde soit en pagaille, le pape etant a la fois le chef des chretiens et des anti-chretiens!

Est donc sage qui refuse simplement de voter pour aucune de coquettes miss dont la valeur irreprochable n'est point etablie. Le sourire,  le look seuls sont tres apprecies dans le domaine erotique mais n'ont jamais ete l'equivalent de qualification ou de savoir-faire dans d'autres domaines.

Moi je vote pour MUSHIKIWABO kuko ari umunyarwandakazi. Si pour une raison aussi spectaculaire soit-elle elle ne présentait pas sa candidature, je voterais pour IMBOLO Mbué
