Hahahaaa! Comme quoi les Iny-Ink resteront dans l'Histoire non seulement comme les plus cruels criminels cyniques de tous les temps mais aussi fournisseurs de palliatifs aux psychopathes de tous bords! Ainsi pour les vagabonds , enfants de rue et autres laissés pour compte par les mêmes Iny-Ink et qui sont obnubilés et hantés par les grades militaires, ils n'ont qu'à se mettre à la disposition des non moins psychopathes et nulles autorités de la RDC pour qu'ils les rappatrient manu-militari au Rwanda. A l'arrivée les plus chanceux seront bombardés" Generaux"devant la presse. mais les autres aussi ne pourront pas être bombardés en dessous du grade de Lt Colonel, Les moins dégourdis et stupides d'entre eux seront tout de même promus pour la circonstance Majors à leur arrivée à Kigali avant qu'ils ne soient éliminés de cette terre. Alors, FPR psychiatre ou Cynique ou alors "les deux Mon Général"?
