Désormais c'est lui ( Trump ) qui doit renverser les Présidents des Etats d'Amérique latine et centrale devenus désormais de simples provinces des Etats Unis. De même c'est lui-même (Trump) qui doit désigner les Présidents de ces ex-Etats qui ne sont plus souverains. Les peuples de ce Continent ( en attendant ceux d'Afrique et d'Asie bientôt) peuvent donc dire: "Adieux aux élections" mais " Vive leur seul Electeur Donald Trump" pour leur choisir des gouvernants.
