The World Bank today suspended a 90 US$ million loan package to Uganda. Three European Countries: Norway, Denmark and the Netherlands are the first countries to suspend or freeze development aid packages for Uganda for approximately 25$ and the United States of America is reviewing USAID funds for Uganda. In the meantime Uganda's authorities are on a witch hunt to detect gay elements among their population and visiting tourists, so they can be locked up for life. OPIC provides U. S. investors with debt financing, political risk insurance and support for private equity investment funds.
