Mu gihe umuryango mpuzamahanga, ibitangazamakuru ndetse n' imiryango iharanira uburenganzira bwa muntu bakomeje kwikoma Leta y' u Rwanda ko itemera gusangira ibitekerezo n' abatavuga rumwe na yo , Perezida w' Ishyaka PS –Imberakuru, Me. Bernard Ntaganda agiye kurekurwa nk' uko biteganywa n' amategeko.

Me. Bernard Ntaganda yatawe muri yombi ku italiki ya 24 Kamena 2010 azira ibyaha bikubiyemo ingengabitekerezo ya jenoside no kwangisha abaturage ubutegetsi buriho, n' ibindi bifitanyo isano n' ibyo.

Ntaganda yakatiwe imyaka 4 y' igifungo nyuma y' aho amaze guhamwa n' ibyaha twabatangarije haruguru.

Mu rwego rwo kumenya icyo Ubutabera bw' u Rwanda buvuga ku irekurwa rya Me. Ntaganda wigaragaje nk' uri muri opozisiyo, twagerageje kuvugana n' Intumwa Nkuru yayo, Minisitiri w' Ubutabera Busingye Johnston ntitwabasha kumubona.

Ubwo twahise twegera Ubuyobozi Bukuru bw' Urwego rw' Igihugu rushinzwe infungwa n' abagororwa mu Rwanda tuvugana na General Paul Rwarakabije adutangariza ko ko Ntaganda azafungurwa muri Kamena nk' uko biteganywa n' amategeo.
