... "Le Rwanda ne cesse de violer la Résolution  2248 de l'ONU quand il envoie ses émissaires armés, violant ainsi le respect des frontières des nations frontalières. Nous l'avons à maintes fois constaté par des entrainements paramilitaires des burundais refugiés sur le territoire rwandais, sachant qu'il n'est plus un secret pour personne car des investigations d'ONGs internationales comme Refugee International l'a déjà clarifié.
La Ligue Izere Ntiwihebure se demande pourquoi l'ONU et les Occidentaux ferment toujours les yeux  quand le Rwanda sabote les résolutions auxquelles elle a ratifiée. Nous nous demandons pourquoi le Rwanda fait changer par force la Constitution et que l'ONU et la communauté Internationale n'osent pas condamner cette pratique antidémocratique.


Le gouvernement du Burundi a déjà soumis à maintes reprises, auprès de l'ONU,  des dénonciations faisant état du non respect par le Rwanda, des résolutions qui parlent de la Souveraineté, de l'Unité et de l'Intégrité d'une Nation. Néanmoins, nous regrettons qu'aucune mesure n'a encore été prise contre le Rwanda alors que toutes les preuves démontrent qu'il est derrière les attaques perpétrées  contre les burundais innocents."...
