Re: Rwanda Forum Rwanda’s human rights record was examined by Universal Periodic Review

Apparently,  Rwanda could not respond before receiving UPR recommandations which are scheduled tobe released today at 4pm.

The UPR Working Group is scheduled to adopt the recommendations made to Rwanda at 16.00 on 29 January.  

The State under review may wish to express its positions on recommendations posed to it during their review.
