Kuri Lt Gen Kayumba ngo kuba Perezida Kagame ahakana ko atari we wasabye ko itegeko nshinga rihinduka ngo ni uko azi ko arimo gukora amafuti nawe ubwe bikaba bimuteye isoni, n'ikimenyimenyi ni uko aho amaze iminsi agenda mu mahanga abayobozi bose b'ibyo bihugu ngo baramuhunga nk'umubembe! Ari nako Perezida Kagame ngo asesera yihisha abanyamakuru ngo batamubaza uburyo arimo gutgekinika itegeko nshinga.

Ngo abanyarwanda ntabwo bakababajwe n'uko itegeko nshinga ririmo gutekinikwa ahubwo bagombye kubyishimira kuko  bizagaragariza amahanga ndetse n'abagishidikanya uwo Kagame ari we ku buryo bizihutisha amahinduka kuko n'abashyigikiye Kagame ntabwo bazabona uko basobanurira abaturage babo impamvu bakomeje kumushyigikira.
