This is very nice to see.
Yes, no Canada, west European countries, Russia, China, Japan, Australia with that aid, while all so-called African powers , except Angola, Cameron and Sudan, received the money!
Let us hope Rwanda of Dr Rutaremara is of course not recorded among those receiving that economic aid, i.e. other EAC nations! Oh lies, lies and lies.
