Et pourtant, au Rwanda, la LOI Nº 84/2013 DU 11/09/2013 RELATIVE AU CRIME D'IDEOLOGIE DU GENOCIDE ET AUTRES INFRACTIONS CONNEXES, dans son article 2, définit le "Génocide perpétré contre les Tutsi" comme étant " le génocide commis au Rwanda contre les Tutsi à partir du 1er octobre 1990 jusqu'au 31 décembre 1994"!

Je ne sais pas si vous faites semblant mais je vous rappelle que Félicien Gatabazi a été assassiné avant le Génocide et qu'il est enterré, depuis fin février 1994 à Save.
Sur le cas de Boniface Ngulinzira, l'information qui m'a été fournie par des membres de sa famille est que, étant l'une des victimes de l'ETO Kicukiro, on n'a pas voulu le séparer des autres victimes de ce massacre. Chaque 11 avril, honneur lui est donc rendu avec les autres laissés-pour-compte de Nyanza.
Soit-dit en passant, je vous signalerais que les enfants de l'ancien Ministre des Affaires Étrangères ont fait passer un très mauvais quart d'heure sur Facebook au journal en ligne "The Rwandan" (ainsi qu'à Vestine Umugwaneza qui voulait le défendre), lorsque ce torchon a voulu justifier l'assassinat de cet homme droit et juste, le jour même de l'anniversaire de sa mort.
En outre, vu les détails fournis par The Rwandan, vu les circonstances de la mort de Boniface Ngulinzira, assassiné par des militaires appelés en renfort par des Interahamwe à Kagarama, vu que les compagnies militaires les plus proches (Mont Rebero et Nyanza Satellite) faisaient partie du bataillon commandé par le Major Emmanuel Neretse, comme il en témoigne lui-même au TPIR le 30 Novembre 1998 et le 18 février 1999, l'ancien ex-FAR en sait manifestement plus sur la mort de Ngulinzira qu'il ne le dit.
En effet, dans son témoignage invraisemblable devant le TPIR, le Major Neretse, dont le bataillon était pourtant constitué des compagnies de Nyanza Satellite, Mont Rebero et Mont Jali, et qui lui-même était personnellement présent dans la région depuis le 10 avril 1994 (venant de Ruhengeri), ose prétendre la chose suivante:
"I only read of the death of the refugees at the ETO Nyanza after the war. My men at the Earth Satellite Station never told me anything about the incident. I do not think that my men took part in those massacres" (traduction du français)
Face à ce cynisme d'un autre âge, j'ose espérer que Justice pour la famille Ngulinzira va finir par triompher.
