Les actes et actions au sein de l'OIF sont deja bien accomplis, chers messieurs et dames! 

Lorsque Boutros Boutros Ghali fut chasse de l'UN parce qu'il n'a pas voulu appuyer le point de vue des  plus puissants a propos de la tragedie rwandaise  https://nsarchive2.gwu.edu/NSAEBB/NSAEBB472/,  la France l'a console en lui offrant l'OIF, ce qui rappelle des meres donnant de la tendresse aux enfants en punition par leurs peres.
Et lorsque certains Rwandais se plaignent que la Justice francaise les a harcele a cause de la destruction de l'avion qui transportait J. Habyarimana, la France les consolent en offrant OIF a notre soeur LM.
Que reclamez-vous de plus a la douce France?

Oui, l'ancien ACCT est bel et bien fini, et a ete remplace par une autre sorte d'organisation "OIF":  l'auteur de cet article https://www.afrik.com/comment-l-oif-a-ete-instrumentalisee-par-la-france le dit bien.

Autant cet article est bati sur des vraissemblances et melanges de speculations , autant l article de Neretse Emmanuel est construit sur une imagination debordante et une manipulation évidente.

Quoi qu il en soit LM sera jugée sur ses actes et actions concrètes. 

C est demain la veille du 2 janvier 2019. Et puis , quatre ans pour scruter et juger...sans speculations ni imaginations....Car, les faits sont têtus! 

Et si les 4 ans sont plébiscités , alors LM pourra rempiler encore 4 ans. Mais si pas probant , alors d autres alternatives.

Si la LM est placée à la tete de l'OIF mais sans aucune responsabilité et donc sans aucun objectif fixé qu'elle devrait atteindre à la fin du mandat, sur quelle base voulez-vous qu'elle soit évaluée? Elle sera reconduite si celui qui l'a placée ( Emmanuel Macron) juge qu'elle peut continuer à jouer la figurante  ou si c'est suffisant. C'est aussi simple que de renouveler sa vaissaile à l'occasion du nouvenl an.
