Chers Messieurs Munyabagisha,  Foucher, Ndagijimana et autres, veuillez bien lire cette hypothese de  service declassifiee (Note DGSE assassinat prdt habyarimana )!

A moins que notre francais ne soit disparu avec le centre culturel francais a Kigali, nous ne voyons pas ou cette note prouve que Habyarimana a ete assassine par ses propres Hutu. La note est bien intitulee hypothese de service donc d'enquete (c'est-a-dire une sorte de protocole de recherche) qui n'affirme rien, absolument et qui n'est pas un resultat. De plus, certaines suppositions dans la note sont fournies par ceux qui s'appelaient Hutu moderes dont on connait l'amitie et les depositions tendancieuses a l'egard de ces hutu-de-chez-Habyarimana.

La note introduisait aussi le fameux reseau zero (Akazu ) et les escadrons de la mort qui ont part la suite, furent amplement discutes au TPIR-Arusha*. Certains desdits-membres de ces reseaux ont ete juges, d'autres sont morts et  enfin le reste dont Mr B. Rucagu, le co-fondateur-entraineur des intore-RPF, vit libre.  

Eclairez-nous alors, chers collegues, d'ou tire t-on que "la DGSE a confirme que Habyarimana a ete assassine par ses propres Hutu"? 
Et oui,  Mr H. Vidrine a peut-etre bien raison en concluant par "vous pouvez penser tout ce que vous voulez, la France a tout à son honneur." La France a voulu examine le cas en prenant en compte les deux belligerants jusqu'a ce que des forces superieures, inconnues a nous, l'en dissuadent ou l'embrouillent. Et maintenant suit l'intox/propagande mediatique lancee avec ''la note DGSE'' de facon bien semblable a cette fiole de WMD du general C. Poel agitee devant l'ONU pour l'affaire Irak. Incroyable!

*= TPIR a coute 1 800 000 000 €, soit  plus ou moins 2 000 000 000 $ US. Ce n'est donc pas 1 500 000 000$ comme nous l'avions anterieurement ecrit.

Supposons en effet, "par impossible", ou admettons que ladite note …. Alors les questions formeront un gros nuage sombre. Ajoutons-y celle-ci: - Pourquoi l'Onu, le tpir, l'Oaci, La Belgique, La France, Le Canada, l'Espagne ont ignore une telle piece pour verser l'attentant dans l'oubli politique?

 

Ladite note n'est cependant qu'une reproduction  d'un memo de Mr Reyntjens (1992), comme peut toujours temoigner son auteur.

 

Que dire de grands medias qui surfent sur des faussetes?

1. Supposons un seul instant que ladite note DGSE ait pu être envisagée comme crédible, pourquoi le juge Trevidic qui semble être le chouchou des Kagamistes n'a-t-il pas lancé des poursuites contre les Col Serubuga (enFrance) & Bagosora? Pourquoi Kigali ne l'exige-t-il pas ? 
2. Les familles des victimes de l'attentat du 6 avril 1994 et du génocide qu'il a déclenché ont besoin de connaître la vérité. Kagame ou Bagosora&Serubuga, que le juge nous le dise au lieu de contribuer à semer la confusion dont seuls profitent les Kagame&Cie. C'est 1 scandale.
