Buliya jenerali Kabarebe arakwena baliya yoza ubwonko, ahilikira ikibuye mu masaka cyo guhisha ingendo zikabije za HE (ntawundi muprezida ukora nkazo), aliko anavuga mu kizimizo umugambi uzili inyuma wo gushakisha ahanyuranye bazajya no kuhubaka. Iby'Ubufransa, Ababiligi na Habyara byaberetse ko kugira abantu bake ali ukwaya, baliho rero barateganya henshi, ntihazabura abagira ubutwari n'ubupfura ntibabahemukire!
