Certainement que le juge Marc Trévidic est en train de tourner les pouces !! Ainsi il va repecter son calendrier de classer l'affaire.
Mais l'honorable juge a sans doute sous-estimé la portée de cette affaire car il va ré-apparaitre à la surface quoi qu'il arrive. On ne peut pas enterrer aussi facilement et simplement un fait déclencheur d'un genocide don't les revelations commencent à sortir de là où on ne les attendait pas (exemple "the untold story" de la BBC).

Très clairement, le fameux juge Marc Trévidic est complice dans cette affaire et ne ménage aucun effort pour étouffer la vérité, plutôt que de l'élucider!!!

Je ne sais pas exactement à qui ce juge rend compte au jour le jour, mas il est aujourd'hui devenu patent qu'il ne lésine pas sur les moyens quand il s'agit d'effacer toute trace "compromettante" de son dossier d'instruction!

Alors qu'il sait pertinemment que les avocats de Kagame - Maingain et Forster – ont de droit accès aux détails du dossier, il n'a pas hésité à jeter en pâture le nom d'un autre Rwandais qui, à l'heure où j'écris ces lignes, est déjà à six pieds sous terre, à moins que son cadavre ne flotte déjà sur le lac Rweru…!!!

La Terre entière sait que Paul Kagame et Uhuru Kenyatta sont par les temps qui courent "bras dessus bras dessous", qu'ils sont devenus des "alliés objectifs" dans leur « croisade » contre la justice internationale! À en croire la presse, Uhuru Kenyatta consulte régulièrement Paul Kagame sur ses démêlés judiciaires à la C.P.I et ce dernier lui a toujours témoigné son soutien jusqu'à promettre de l'accompagner, un jour, à la Haye…!!!

Qu'est-ce que donc ce Marc Trévidic croyait qu'il allait advenir de son fameux témoin Émile Gafirita - sachant pertinemment que l'intéressé vit à Nairobi - en l'absence de mesures urgentes de protection à la hauteur du danger?!?

Monsieur le juge va-t-il feindre l'étonnement??!!!

A-t-il déjà eu vent de l'affaire Seth Sendashonga trucidé en plein coeur de cette même ville de Nairobi?!

S'il y a d'autres « candidats à la mort », qu'ils aillent se manifester chez Marc Trévidic en disant savoir des "choses" sur l'attentat du 06 avril 1994!!!

Honte à la France et à sa justice de merde!!!
