The Rwanda war of 1990-1994 had multiple dimensions. Among Kagame's rebels who were fighting against the Rwandan government, there were foreigners, mainly Ugandan fighters who were hired to kill and rape innocent Rwandan people in Rwanda and Rwandan refugees in DRC.
