Kabarebe uriya avuye mu BITARO YIVUZA AGACURANE ibyo avuga ibaga atiwe wabivuze azi genocide yakoze muri Congo. Koko na papa ntiyamubabarire ngo bikunde
 
Aho abaryamye rimwe na rimwe mu bitaro yasubiwe buriya ajya abyibaza ko n' Imana itamubabarira amaraso yamennye.
Kabarere rero ujye uceceka basi urekere ijambo Mushikiwabo.
Nawe ubu yararumize n'inkotsa za IBUKA ubwo Tanzania ibahereye gasopo.

 Minisitiri w'Ingabo Gen. James Kabarebe atangaza ko u Rwanda rutigeze runanirwa kurwanya umutwe wa FDLR mu myaka isaga makumyabiri ishize, ku buryo rugomba kugirana ibiganiro nawo.
Minisitiri w'ububanyi n'amahanga n'ubufatanye wa Tanzania, Bernard Membe, aherutse gutangariza imbere y'abadepite b'igihugu cye ko Perezida wa Tanzania Jakaya Kikwete ibyo aheruka gutangaza yabishingiraga ko FDLR imaze igihe itaratsindwa, bityo akabona ko rugomba kugirana ibiganiro nawo.
Yagize ati "Perezida Kikwete yasabye ko haba ibiganiro na FDLR bitewe n'uko Leta y'u Rwanda yarwanyije uwo mutwe guturuka mu mwaka w'1997 ariko bikaba ntacyo byatanze."

Kabarebe agaragaza ko FDLR nta kindi igamije uretse Jenoside.
Yagize ati "FDLR yaheze mu mateka ya Jenoside… Ni iki FDLR ishingiraho iguma muri Congo, ifata ku ngufu, yica, isahura mu myaka 19 ishize…FDLR yajyanye Jenoside muri Congo."
Kabarebe avuga ko ubwicanyi FDLR yakoreye Abanyekongo mu gace ka Kasika-Mwenga bwatumye havuka umutwe wo kuyirwanya wa Raia Mutomboki warugamije kurinda igiturage cyabo.
Asaba ko ntawukwiye guterwa impungenge na FDLR kuko izakozwa isoni n'ingengabitekerezo ya Jenoside kugeza yirimbuye ku giti cyayo, ati "Uretse na Papa ntiyahanagura icyaha cya Jenoside kuri FDLR. Bagomba kugezwa imbere y'ubutabera bakanasaba imbabazi abanyarwanda."
