Fw: *DHR* L'Afrique du Sud promet de continuer à oeuvrer la paix régionale

Muri Afrika de l'Ouest bo batangiye kubera ko ibihugu Anglophones na Francophones bigiye gushirahamwe ngo iyo integration ibe muri ako karere. Ibyi indimi z'amahanga bavuga ntibibashishakaje nyamara hari indimi nyinshi muri ako gace kurusha muri East Africa. Kagame rero nareke intambara muri RD Congo ahubwo ashyigkire iyo integration regionale idashyira imbere amoko, indimi ndetse na interets za buri gihugu cyonyine. Natekereze uko  situation iba imeze hagati ya Congo n'u Rwanda iyo iriya ntambara itabaho.  Izo za GDP z'u Rwanda na RD Congo  ziba zariyongereye kurusha.

"Cela est basé sur la conviction que la paix, la sécurité et la stabilité sont des facteurs déterminants pour le développement socio-économiques et un facteur essentiel pour l'intégration régionale", a déclaré le ministère sud-africain des Relations internationales et de la Coopération dans un communiqué publié à la veille du sommet conjoint de la Communauté de développement de l'Afrique australe et de la Conférence internationale sur la région des Grands Lacs (CIRGL).

Ce sommet doit examiner la mise en oeuvre du Cadre de paix, de sécurité et de coopération pour la République démocratique du Congo (RDC) et pour la région.

L'Afrique du Sud doit accueillir également mardi une réunion consultative sur la capacité de l'Afrique pour une réponse immédiate aux situations de crise (ACIRC)…
